About the Cameo SocietyWelcome to the CAMEO SOCIETY web page. The Cameo Society is an extension of the Missouri State Society Daughters of the American Revolution. Daughters in good standing, together with their daughters, mothers, aunts, and sisters who have the same ancestoral line are eligible for membership. A small, one-time membership fee grants members all the privileges of the Society. Most functions are held at the MSSDAR State Headquarters, in Boonville, Missouri, Roslyn Heights. The annual tea is a highlight for all Missouri Cameo Daughters. The Cameo Society was founded by Organizing President Mrs. John M. Farmer, on March 21, 1996. The object of the Society is to provide fellowship between generations and to encourage the passage of genealogical information, family histories, and patriotism to subsequent generations. Pictures will change automaticallyMembershipAny member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution who can show current active membership of any combination of grandmother, mother, daughter, sister, cousin, niece or aunt is elegible for membership in the Cameo Society. Should membership of one family member in the NSDAR cease due to resignation, death, or drop, Cameo Society membership of that person automatically ends.
