| The Cornelia Greene Chapter supports activities not only in the St. Louis area, but also nationwide. We promote patriotic, educational, and humanitarian efforts through our programs and our financial support.
- DAR Schools: NSDAR helps support six schools for disadvantaged children. Missouri has responsibility for one school in particular, Groves Cottage at Tamassee, located outside of Clemson, South Carolina. We donate soup labels, supplies, and monetary gifts to help support the children who live there.
- ROTC: Each year our Chapter honors ROTC students who have been chosen by their officers. Instructors and cadets attend a luncheon with the Chapter. Cadets are presented with certificates, pins, and monetary gifts for outstanding service in their respective schools.
- Veteran Patients: Several Chapter members have helped veteran patients at John Cochran hospital for many years. We supply comfort items, books, magazines, gifts at Christmas, and other items requested, as well as monetary support.
- Naturalization Ceremony: Members attend the Naturalization Ceremony at the courthouse in downtown St. Louis each December. New citizens are given a pamphlet entitled "What it Means to be an American" and flags.
- Presidents' Day: Each February on Presidents' Day our Chapter holds a wreath laying ceremony at the Houdon Statue of George Washington located in Lafayette Park, St. Louis, Missouri. Our Chapter Regent conducts the program which includes NSDAR and MSSDAR representatives, veterans groups, Children of the American Revolution, color guards from Normandy High School and the Sons of the American Revolution, and a guest speaker. This event is open to the public.
- Cold Water Cemetery: this cemetery has been owned and operated by the MSSDAR since 1963. Cornelia Greene Chapter is a patron of the cemetery and participates in the annual ceremony each Memorial Day at the cemetery to honor Revolutionary War soldiers and veterans of eight other wars buried there. It is located at 15290 Old Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO.
- Alexander-McNair Society, C.A.R.: Cornelia Greene sponsors the Alexander-McNair Society, Children of the American Revolution (C.A.R.), which has members from age 1 day to 21 years. Pam Davis, a member of the Chapter, is the Senior President of Alexander McNair Society, C.A.R.
