in the Revolutionary War. The National Society DAR has

About Columbian Chapter: DAR in the Heart of Missouri
Columbian Chapter NSDAR has proudly shown the DAR ideals of patriotism,
education, and historical preservation since it was organized on December 10,
1902. We are located in central Missouri in the college town of
Columbia. One of the largest
DAR chapters in Missouri with over 180 members, we are dedicated to community service.
Through our web site, we invite you to learn about Columbian Chapter through our Activities,
Officers, Meetings,
and Photo Gallery. We are especially proud of
Our Patriots without whose sacrifices we would not have the
many freedoms we have today in the United States of America. To view the Patriots file, you must have
Adobe Reader on your computer
which can be downloaded for free. This file is best read at 100%.
If you are interested in joining DAR and would like to attend one of our
meetings, please contact us. Visitors are welcome. We will be happy to assist you in
proving your lineage to your Revolutionary War patriot. DAR volunteers will check for free to let
you know if your ancestor is a recognized Revolutionary War patriot at the
NSDAR Patriot Lookup Service.
Web hyperlinks to non-DAR sites are not the responsibility of NSDAR, the state
organizations, or individual DAR chapters.
