Daughters of the American Revolution

Members of the Chapter put together a list of some web sites that they have found helpful in doing genealogical research. Those sites are listed as follows:

• U.S. Gen Web Project - good for all states. Cemetery, census, archives, helpful addresses.
• St. Louis County Library Genealogy Collection. Wonderful Resources, all states.
• St. Louis Genealogical Society
• St. Louis Genealogical Society Cemeteries Project
• National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). Military records location and other records location. Example: Click on Search and ask for "Revolutionary War Records" info.
• Ellis Island . Immigrant, boat location info for late 18th, early 19th centuries.
• Missouri Historical Society.
• Missouri State Archives.
• Cyndi's List. Good general resource ideas.
