World War II Veteran Martin Johns of Farmington, MO, is shown with Sharon Eads, Regent, at the September meeting of the Sarah Barton Murphy Chapter, NSDAR. Mr. Johns was given a Certificate of Appreciation by the chapter for his services to our country during World War II. He served in England, Germany, and France and was in the Ninth Armored Division of the Armored Infantry. The war ended on his birthday in 1944.
