Missouri State Headquarters
Our Missouri State Headquarters is a beautiful, historic Queen Anne-style home, "one of the last of the Main Street mansions," located in Boonville, Missouri. Roslyn Heights is a lovely setting for small weddings, receptions, luncheons, teas, bridge parties, and the perfect setting for private business meetings. With a large patio area and gazebo, the backyard is an inviting place for an afternoon or evening reception.
The house is open daily by appointment. To schedule a tour, group or private event, for DAR or non-DAR members, contact State Curator Sandra Comer.
Members and area residents look forward to the annual Flag Day picnic held on the second Saturday in June, which is open to the public. Following a special flag ceremony and recognition of veterans in attendance, guests can visit on the patio while enjoying hot dogs, fried chicken, and listen to live patriotic music performed by a brass band.

In the photo above, the flag is flying at half-mast in remembrance of the attack on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 2011. A special commemmoration ceremony was held at the state headquarters.
